Marcia Pledger is a freelance business journalist, author and content creator. She worked as a business reporter for over 25 years and turned her 10-year long column, “My Biggest Mistake… and How I Fixed It” into a book. In it, business owner’s discuss how they overcame challenges and came out the other side.
